James Watt is a Scottish North Atlantic Captain turned Entrepreneur who co-founded the iconic craft beer company BrewDog at just 24 years old. Under James’s leadership, BrewDog grew to become the world’s 13th most valuable beer brand, selling over 1 million cans per day and operating 140 venues across 65 countries. BrewDog achieved Unicorn status in under 10 years and the businesses rapid growth broke the record for the most consecutive appearances in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100.
James is also an active investor and advisor and has built a portfolio of highly successful consumer brands, from Dash to Living Things and from Tallow + Ash to Mous.
James has written three best-selling books, including Business for Punks, which has now been translated into over 30 languages. James was named Great British Entrepreneur of the Year and has been awarded an MBE for his services to entrepreneurship.
